Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
RETURN POLICY
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in original condition with all tags attached.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages. We will deduct shipping cost from your refund to help streamline the process.
Eligible Returns:
Unworn items with original tags and packaging
No signs of wear, damage, or alterations
Shoes must be tried on indoors only (no outdoor wear)
Non-Returnable Items:
Items marked as final sale
Worn or damaged products
Items without original packaging or tags.

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Defective or Wrong Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement.
How to Initiate a Return: Email us with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions and the return address.

Shipping
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons and holidays.
Shipping Times:
Domestic (US): 7-14 business days after processing
International: 14-21 business days after processing.

Shipping Costs: We offer FREE SHIPPING storewide!
Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
International Orders: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and are the customer's responsibility.
Shipping Restrictions: We currently ship to the United States and select international destinations. If we cannot ship to your location, you'll be notified at checkout.
